WHERE AND WHEN! For JAKS Academy show.

Due to extra rehearsals as the show is fast approaching please see below times as to when your child is needed.

Saturday 25th June – juniors 10am – 12

Group 1 and 2 – 10am till 4pm.

Tuesday 28th – all dance and drama students (except juniors)

5pm till 8pm

Wednesday 29th - all dance and drama students (except juniors)

5pm till 8pm

These rehearsals are important as this is a full run through with costume so that we do not have to do a run through on the Friday night.

Saturday 2nd July – all group 1 and 2 to be at the theatre for 10am
Juniors and adults to be at the theatre for 2pm

Show to start at 7pm

Sunday 3rd July – all to be at the theatre for 12pm
Baby ballet to be at the theatre for 1pm

Show to start at 2pm

Please let Miss Kirsty know if any of the above is a problem for you? I know that some children are only in one or two pieces however we do not know how the time will run on the rehearsal so I just do not know at what time I will need the children, this way if they are all there at all times it is easier.

Please always send children with food nd drink or money to buy from the tuck shop!

The Saturday of the show we will aim as always to do a chippy run for tea. Can I please ask if you send your child with money for the chippy run please make sure it is change and not note as this makes it tricky for whoever does the chippy run!

Any questions please do not hesitate to contact me
